Prospero Security allows you to define who has access to the features and functionality of the application. Prospero Security also allows you to add users, assign roles, and define specific permissions within the system. Whether you have licensed Prospero reporting-only, budgeting-only or reporting and budgeting, security is managed from one location and utilizing the same interface across all modules.
In most organizations, the Prospero System Administrator will be tasked with managing Prospero Security. However, Prospero is flexible enough to allow more than one individual to perform the function of administrator.
