Feedback and Support

The Feedback and Support option on the Prospero Home ribbon is your direct connection to the MSX Group’s Prospero Development and Support Teams. This option allows you to request an enhancement feature, report an application issue or request Support assistance. Items submitted through this tool are sent directly to all members of these teams to ensure that MSX Group can get you the help you need as quickly as possible.

 

To submit feedback to the MSX Group:

1.  Select the Feedback and Support option on the Home ribbon.

2.  In the Feedback and Support screen, select the type of feedback you wish by selecting one of the radio button options: “Suggestion”, “Issue” or “Support Request”.

 

 

3.  Next, enter your issue, suggestion or question you have. Please provide as much information as possible so our technicians can quickly reproduce your problem or review your request.

For example, if you have an issue to report or a support request on a specific feature of Prospero, please include:

      The steps to recreate the problem or area of the application in question.

      The user name you were logged in as.

      Any other pertinent information that can help us to better understand and/or fix the problem.

      If you have a suggestion, please provide as much detail on how you want the functionality to work.

4.  (If you need to clear your entries to start over, select the Clear Form button.)

5.  After entering your information, press the Submit button to have your issue or request delivered to the MSX Team. You will receive a confirmation message, which will also include your ticket number.
