A Help Desk User license provides a way for members of the IT staff to have access to manage user access and permissions within Prospero. Help Desk users are free and unlimited, but have no ability to use any features beyond the setup and maintenance of users within Prospero.
Help Desk User licenses cannot be used in any Role other than the built-in IT/Help Desk Role. If a user with a higher-level license is moved into the IT/Help Desk role, that user may be unable to log in or use Prospero properly.
