Prospero provides support for common keyboard hot keys commands in the Line Definition workspace:
•The Ctrl+ D Key combination to copy the value in one line’s column down multiple rows.
•The Ctrl+ R Key combination copies a value in one line’s column across multiple rows.
In either instance, formatting is preserved.
Using Hot Keys for Line Definitions:
1. Select a cell with contents (such as the number format cell as per below).
2. Highlight the cells in rows below the one you wish to copy.
3. Press the Ctrl + D keys. The value in the top-most populated cell will copy down the workspace.
The Ctrl + D command is implemented for items on the line definition screen, including formulas, formatting, underlines, expansion fields, options checkboxes, etc. The command cannot be used on lines that may be read-only. Also, for expanded row formats, it will only copy to rows that have Expand enabled.
The Ctrl+ R Key combination works similarly as the above example but will copy the value in one line’s column across multiple rows.
