The Windows ribbon allows you to define how the Prospero workspace displays.
The features available on this ribbon include:
•Windows Style – This dropdown option allows you to define how to display individual item windows (column, line, report, input or tree definitions) in the Prospero workspace by selecting a style. Workspace windows can appear as “Grouping tabs”, “Cascading tabs”, or “No tabs” windows. (Tabs display the name of the individual item open in the workspace.)
•Full Screen Mode – Opens the Prospero workspace windows using the full screen to display data.
•Status Bar – Allows you to toggle the status bar on the bottom of the Prospero workspace screen on or off. (The status bar shows the name of the entity you are logged in to as well as your username.)
•Size All – Automatically re-sizes columns within an active workspace to fit the size of the data.
•Previous – Allows you to navigate to the previous active window on your Prospero workspace.
•Next – Allows you to navigate to the next active window on your Prospero workspace.
•Windows – Provides a multi-option link that allows you to manage windows in the Prospero workspace. You can open a new or existing Prospero item (Line, Column, Report, or Input Definition) or quickly select an open window on the Prospero workspace.
•Close All – Allows you to close all workspaces (windows) currently open on the Prospero workspace.
