The Suppress field allows you to specify whether to hide a given line based on the data in it.
•Blank (default) – Suppress the line based on the report or input definition options.
•Always – Always suppress (or hide) the line on report output or input definition data input workspaces.
•Never – Do not suppress the line, even if the report or input definition options request it
•When Zero – Suppress the line when the data has a value of zero.
•When expansion disabled – Suppress the line when Expansion is disabled on the row or report. (This option allows rows, such as description rows, to not appear when expanded rows are not shown.)
Note: If the Line Suppress Field is selected, this field will not appear in any Excel export.
