For either Prospero Reporting or Budgeting, the application is launched from the Prospero client installed to your desktop.
Prospero is dependent on a connection to an application service layer, the Prospero Middle Tier Service. After your client loads, you will want to specify your connection information and log in using your secure credentials.
To access Prospero, your Prospero Administrator will notify you as to the authentication method you will use, either Windows Authentication or Standard Authentication. For Standard Authentication, your Prospero Administrator will provide you with the username and password which has been established for you.
