You can export published reports to an external file in the
same manner as those generated in the Report View workspace. This will depend on
how your reports are rendered in the Prospero environment after you execute
them. The methods for exporting your workspace reports are: Export to
Excel, Export to PDF, and the Prospero Save As option:
•The Export to Excel option will export your row-and-column or chart/graph report to an Excel file.
•The Export to PDF option will export your row-and-column or chart/graph report to a PDF file.
•The Save As option is most notably used for exporting charts or graphs in a BMP or PNG format. (It will export traditional row-and-column reports to an Excel file.)
