Prospero allows you to define your budget’s Human Resources data using Pay Grades. You’ll define which option you will use in the Prospero Human Resources tab, which will in turn manage how you input HR data in the budget’s Data Input workspace.
The Pay Grade Setup grid in the Human Resources tab of the Input Definition is where you specify the codes and descriptions for all pay grades in your organization. Prospero allows you to calculate employee benefits and bonuses based on pay grades.
