o Clear Line Items – Clears All detail records OR All detail records and clear related balances.
o Clear Capital - - Clears All detail records OR All detail records and clear related balances
o Clear History - The Clear History option allows you to clear information pertaining to budget data input changes, if the information returned to the screen is too large or if older records are no longer needed. Selecting the Clear History option will present you with a dialog to select to remove all entries or entries on or before a specific date. This option requires a Power User license with the Security Permission|topic=Prospero Security Permissions to maintain input definitions.
Note: Exercise caution when deleting entries as these will be permanently removed from your system. For more information, see History.
